Recently I wrote about how I’ve been working on the new Stormformer album, and promised some preview sounds. Well here we are. I am sharing some ‘sections’ with you that are not full songs or parts of full-mixes. They are some short passages of an instrument, or a group of instruments, that sit toward the back of the mix. They were written to compliment what is going on the foreground of the song, but somehow ended up being their own little universes. I’ve grown fond of them in their own right and hopefully suffice to give you a little tease of what is yet come. If I explain any more than that I’ll be giving too much away for now.
